Please plan on arriving around 2 pm to St. Joseph Parish. Summer is the busiest time of the year in Seattle, so we recommend budgeting 10-15 additional minutes of commuting time to the church.

While we love your little ones, our wedding and reception will be an adults-only celebration with the exception of our wedding party kiddos. We hope you can enjoy a night off and celebrate with us!

Yes! Feel free to bring your little ones to our welcome party.

We kindly ask that you refer to the RSVP section regarding invitations of plus ones. If your invitation includes a plus one, it will be reflected when you RSVP on our website.

Please book your hotel room by July 20th at the latest.

For our welcome party, the attire is dressy casual. Think of what you would wear out to a nice dinner! Women: Midi or maxi dresses, stylish jumpsuits, skirts paired with a blouse. Men: Dress slacks or chinos paired with a button-down shirt or polo; blazers, ties and sport coats optional.

For our wedding day, the attire is black tie optional. This typically means floor length gowns or formal cocktail dresses for women, and dark suits or tuxedos for men.

Our wedding ceremony will be inside a well-ventilated building, and our reception will be mostly outdoors. However, the majority of the reception will be covered under an open-air tent.

Yes! We will have buses picking up guests from the church after our wedding ceremony to take them to our reception in Issaquah. At the end of the night, we will have cycles of buses departing back for the hotel blocks in Seattle (the Even and the Fairmont).

Of course! However, please plan in advance where you would leave your car (if applicable). You could consider parking your car in a public parking lot close to the hotels before to the ceremony and Ubering to the church. Alternatively, you could park at the church prior to the ceremony and take an Uber from the hotel drop off site back to the church.

Free parking will be available at both St. Joe's church and at Fox Hollow Farms for guests that wish to drive themselves.

It depends on where you are staying in Seattle and what you want to see! If you're staying in the downtown hotel blocks and will be in town for only a brief period, probably not. If you plan on staying outside of downtown or wish to see other parts of the city / surrounding areas, we would recommend a rental car.
